How the Coronavirus spreads

Hello everyone, as everyone knows New Zealand and other countries are in lock down because of this virus named COVID-19. I am going to talk about how this virus can spread from person to person, Between people who are in close contact with one another (within about 6 feet).
Through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes.
These droplets can land in the mouths or noses of people who are nearby or possibly be inhaled into the lungs. This is a easy spread with what I have talked about. So be within 2 meters of someone it will make the spread go nowhere, also wash your hands and be safe at home and listen to the prime minister and then the cases will not go up and will go down.

How I showed CARR values this week

Today I am going to show my blog post about how I've show my CARR CARD values, First off I have been listening to the teacher and I have also been working hard and that's how I go 2 of my stamps on my Carr card.

This week I showed Commitment by, committing in the reading test and getting it done.

This week I showed Achievement by, getting good work done in like Hudumanu class's.

This week I showed Respect by, Listening to the teachers in different class's and doing my work and helping others like my friends

This week I showed Resilience by, Finally finishing with the reading test especially for how hard it was.

Athletics day 2020

Athletics day 2020


Hello everyone.

Yesterday, we had Athletics day for 2020.  It was a great day for the event on this day.  I competed in social because i wouldn't do well in competitive.

First off,  the year 7s had a running race with each other.  I think i came 4th in running race even though i'm not great at doing sprints, but I was happy with my placement. I was also quiet happy with myself for competing to doing sprints because I've ACL in my knees which means I would just collapse for no reason. For my achievement I think that I have a gotten faster in running

I'm also better at shot put, discs and long jump. For my Resilience I think I had a good attitude for helping and taking part in all the activity's.

 My respect was pretty good and the teachers also gave me confidence and I respected that. The goals for next year it to get better at my running and shot put and I think I should be able to do it because I will get stronger.
